Data-Driven Strategy for Human Performance
Emotional Intelligence is not just about “being nice.” It is about the ability to use the right emotion, at the right time, to get the right result.
Everyone has Emotional Intelligence; it is not something we do or do not have.
It is a set of skills that we either use effectively or ineffectively. Unlike IQ, which is static, EQ is dynamic—it can be measured, learned, and improved.
The Missing Data Point
Most professionals try to solve performance issues by working harder or analysing more external data. But often, the friction isn’t strategic; it’s emotional.
-
For the Individual: You may have high cognitive intelligence (IQ), but if your Stress Tolerance or Impulse Control is low, your decision-making suffers under pressure.
-
For the Organisation: You may have a team of experts, but if Interpersonal Relationships and Empathy are low, you will have gridlock, silence, and operational inefficiency.
We use the EQ-i 2.0® Model of Emotional Intelligence, the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence, to turn these soft skills into hard data.
Who is this for?
1. The Independent Entrepreneur (Individual)
You are managing your company and your family through sheer survival and coping strategies. You feel stuck but cannot logic your way out of it.
- The Benefit: We map your emotional intelligence to see where you are not balanced. You gain objective insight into why you struggle with boundaries, why you feel challenged by certain people, or why you are exhausted despite your success.
- The Outcome: A personalised roadmap to increase your capacity, resilience, and decision-making authority.
2. Corporate Leaders & Teams (Organisational)
Your team is facing VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) challenges, and the old command-and-control methods aren’t working.
- The Benefit: We audit the emotional culture of your team. We identify the blind spots in communication and the root causes of friction.
- The Outcome: Cohesive collaboration, higher staff retention, and a culture where people feel safe enough to innovate and solve complex problems.

The Assessment Options
I am certified to deliver the EQ-i 2.0® Model, the gold standard in psychometric assessment. Choose the report that matches your current strategic need.
1. The EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report (Self-Reflection)
Best for: Individual business leaders and owners looking for a baseline for their professional development.
This report provides a snapshot of your emotional functioning across 15 key areas. It compares your results to a normative sample, giving you a clear “yardstick” to measure your strengths and blind spots. It is the perfect starting point for self-awareness.
2. The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership 360® (The Full Picture)
Best for: Managers, executives, and business owners seeking an understanding of their leadership.
This report extends the EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report to view your EQ through the lens of four key leadership dimensions: Authenticity, Coaching, Insight, and Innovation. It compares your score specifically against a sample of top-performing leaders, showing you exactly where you sit in relation to the best in the field.
3. The EQ 360® (The Full Picture)
Best for: Long-term professional development for managers, executives, and business owners seeking a comprehensive understanding of their impact as a leader.
This report is an extension of the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report described above. It is the same assessment; however, it takes the position that we cannot read the label from inside the jar. This assessment collects anonymous feedback from your manager, peers, direct reports, and others who work closely with you (a minimum of ten respondents are required to ensure anonymity). We compare their perception of you against your self-perception to reveal critical blind spots. For example, you think you are assertive, but your team experiences you as aggressive.
Furthermore, there is an opportunity at the end of the assessment to ask respondents open-ended questions, which are also collated and de-identified, and provide a powerful mechanism for difficult-to-convey constructive feedback about your performance, communication, and approach to management.
4. The Team / Group Report
Best for: Departmental strategy.
We combine individual scores to generate a profile of the team’s collective culture. This reveals why the team might be great at “innovation” but terrible at “reality testing”, allowing us to build specific training to bridge the gap.
The Process: From Data to Strategy
An assessment without context is just a graph. The value lies in the Debrief.
Step 1: The Assessment. You complete the secure, online questionnaire (approx. 20 mins).
Step 2: The Strategy Session (The Debrief). We meet for a 60–90 minute deep-dive consultation. I do not just read your results to you; we investigate them. We look at the interplay between your scores (e.g., High Empathy but low Assertiveness often leads to burnout). We connect the data to your real-world struggles.
Step 3: The Coaching Pathway. We build a strategy to balance your profile.
-
If you are “Recalibrating,” we might focus on Self-Regard and Optimism.
-
If you are leading, we might focus on Impulse Control and Reality Testing.
