Meeting with a prospective client is not a one-sided exchange. I am interviewing my next client just as much as they’re interviewing their next coach.
There has to be the right chemistry. I have to know that the person I’m going to dedicate my attention and skills towards is going to know how to motivate me beyond the scope of the position description.
Knowing what I’m motivated towards obtaining and ensuring that I get those things is part of the process for coaching for me.
I’m clear. I know what I want. I know why I want it. And now, it’s about getting in front of the right person who needs what I am offering and has what I’m looking for.
It’s not impossible. It’s not unrealistic. It’s just sales & marketing. It’s a numbers game of relationship building. And soon, all the effort will pay off because I’m motivated to guarantee it.
Imagine if that kind of motivation was working directly with you every day? Kinda cool, huh?!
Don’t have an coach. Ask me. I happen to be pretty motivated right now! #igetitdone
